The location to Milano Centrale train station can’t be beat. It was a little difficult finding the entrance. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and appreciated the additional security measures since the reception is not manned 24 hours a day. I did find it a little deceiving that the hotel description said there was a bar…I didn’t see one. We had a nice stay, but our biggest issues were concerned with the room. We knew the size was small, and that was no problem at all. Our TV remote did not work properly or consistently, there were multiple light bulbs out, and unable to sort out the room’s AV unit to control the temperature, it ended up being very warm and using the remote control didn’t seem to do anything. Overall it was a fine stay, but for the cost (I do recognize it was during the Olympics) was not worth it and wouldn’t recommend to other unless nightly cost was under $200.

The missing star is only because they don’t have a mini fridge in the room. The location is spectacular, right next to Milano Centrale Station. Room was cleaned everyday, super important when returning from a long day of exploring. Definitely will book again.

Convenient but poor quality sleep

Conveniently situated close to the Milan Central train station. Rooms were clean however our shower and sink both leaked, so had to limit the shower times otherwise it would flood the floor. The doors were very thin and we could hear everyone checking in late until 11pm, and could also hear the lift doors banging open and closed every time someone used it, which kept waking us up.

Convenient location right near the main station and walkable (or metro right outside) into the city centre. Room was nice and modern, clean and good temperature. However was a little on the cramped side, and amenities limited (one towel, no fridge/coffee etc.). Also wish the AC was not so loud in the night. But overall I had a good few nights sleep and would stay again!

The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early without having to wait for the designated time. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Milano Centrale train station, making it very accessible. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciate you letting us store our luggage after check-out and allowing us to relax until it was time to head to the train station.

One night in Milan

Just had the one night. Late arrival after midnight but let in by remote, no problem. Early departure left card by reception before 8am (details on line say 7am to midnight but its 8am to midnight). Easy access to Milan Central Railway station and city transport links. Room was clean well presented. Would book again.
