Good for singles for short stay . 1. No corner shelve to keep soap or shampoo in the shower stall. 2. The bidet in the Bath room leaking 3. TV was not working. 4, Fridge was not working. 5. complains not attended and honoured but Breakfast choices are ok but not good.

Close to central station

Pros: Clean towels

Cons: Bedding, it's old and uncomfortable

Location: It's close to central station, making a trip to lake como easy.

Not a 3 star hotel, we stayed 3 nights every morning we had to ask for milk and there was very little food out on the help yourself table. We stayed in room 303 (at the front of the hotel) it's next to the lift and people were up and down in the lift until 2.30 in the morning and it started again about 5 o'clock again (the lift had an horrendous squeak). The air conditioning didn't work, so the room was very hot. The hotel is not double glazed, therefore we could hear the traffic all night long (although the hotel is not the on the main road). The room had no information booklet about the hotel and the safe was locked. The mattress was very hard as was the pillow (board and brick come to mind!)

Terrible !!!

Pros: Handy for the station

Location: Short walk to the station. Nice little cafe a few doors down which we used for breakfast. Coffee and a croissant for €1.80.

This hotel does not have an airport shuttle despite referring to it at least twice in the advert. We were put on a different floor from our daughters. Safe in the room was broken. Room decor was old and tired. May be renovating as other room was nicer. Would not stay here again.

Fernseher und Nachttischlampe waren Defekt respektive funktionierten ebensowenig wie die Zimmerheizung, das Zimmer war zu kalt.

Loistava sijainti, mutta kulunut yleisilme

Pros: Hotelli sijaitsee vain parin korttelin päässä Milanon päärautatieasemalta (Milano Centrale), josta metro, bussi ja junayhteydet kaikkialle. Hotellissa on hyvä aamiainen (mehuja, kahviautomaatti, sämpylöitä, juustoa, makkaraa, marmeladia, croisantteja, jugurttia, kakkuja, mysliä yms.) Respassa ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Hotellihuoneessa jääkaappi.

Cons: Huone oli tunkkainen ja ummehtuneen oloinen (kosteutta tms). Suihkun korkeuden säädin rikki, joten suihkua täytyi pitää hiuksia huuhdellessa kädessä, wc valutti jatkuvasti vettä. Huone muutenkin ahdas ja tummanruskea väritys teki siitä entistä ahtaamman.
