Wonderful time at AXY InnStyle Milano!

Lovely stay! Great location between the train station and duomo. Service was excellent, friendly staff who is always happy to help. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay (rooms are a touch small if you have large luggage, but it was perfect for us with our backpacks). Room was quiet which allowed for a great night sleep. Coffee, wine, waters and pop were one of the best parts (along with the snacks) in the lobby. So nice to start your day off with a coffee and end it with another glass of wine. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family! Such an easy and comfortable stay!

The property is well kept. The checkin is quick. The room is big and clean. All toiletries included plus slippers provided. Free snacks and drinks provided 24 hours in the lobby. They offer wine, beer, water, juuces, tea, coffee, chips, nuts, croissants, and cakes free of charge. The room is equipped with a mini fridge that has snacks and drinks also free. The outdoor terrace is a great space to enjoy snacks and drinks. The hotel also offers a free lunch buffet and hors d’ oeuvres during aperitivo time. Breakfast is not included and costs 20 Euros per person per day. Negatives were the non accessibility from the main entrance to the elevators that take guests to the lobby and rooms. There is a set of steps that lead to the lift. You will have to carry the luggages up these steps. The other issue is the fire detectors in the rooms have a red blinking light that is very bothersome at night. The in room phone also has a bright light that might interfere with the room darkness. I covered the phone with a small towel at night to make the room dark. The hotel is well located. It is a 15 minute walk from Milano Central Station. There are trams and metro stations nearby. There are soñé good restaurants and coffee shops minutes away walking. Overall, this hotel is a good value for the price. I would return and reccomend.

Exceptional stay

Our stay here was exceptional. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were great, large spacious room and breakfast and snacks included throughout the day. It was lovely to be able to enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace as well as free water in the minibar and reception. Location was excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby as well as the metro and train station. Would definitely stay again.

I asked for a high room away from the elevators/passageways for noise mitigation and they gave me the first floor next to the frequented stairwell. I didn’t get any of the VIP perks. Not sure what the point of this system is if you get nothing for your super loyalty to Expedia. Sheesh.

Great customer service! The hotel room was modern and comfortable. Loved the 24/7 free lobby snack bar (cookies, croissants, wine, coffee, tea, beer, soft drinks, etc.) The mini bar in your room is also free. In addition, they have a free brunch buffet and dinner buffet ( it’s Hors d'Oeuvres, but still nice). The rooms have heated towel racks and a bidet. The overall experience was nice.
