"Very nice hotel, nice design and very nice stay experience. In the casino however, I changed up 400-500 in 20’s like 2 times for $100’s from my business, as I am working from out of town for an event…the 3rd time they tried to ID me and refused to change a measly $400 in 20’s, at a casino no less, as if I was the cartel trying to launder money. I know they aren’t really accustomed to people actually taking money out of a casino…..but it was somewhat offensive for a customer staying in their resort."
