Our room was decent but then we noticed there was dried blood in both bed comforts and sheets. The towels were stained yellow, I tried to call the office but the phone constantly rang. The bathroom door was a struggle to even get closed. It was just very unsanitary while we stayed.

SO! We were the lucky winners of being the room where a full on brawl broke out w/ a group of people. Yelling, screaming, telling people to put a gun away. It was to the point where we had our kids hide in the safest corner we could and we called 911 AND had blood all over our door and wall outside the door. The people were loud all night, not just loud talking but LOUD, couldn't even hear the TV loud. It started at about 8pm. 10pm I asked the desk to do something and they tried. My husband had to walk out and ask the people to quiet down and there wasn't any quiet until about 3am. THEN we found out this is a common thing that happens more than once a week and the hotel just had to replace all monitors at the desk because guests threw them at the staff. The girl at the front desk was awesome. She was a tiny itty bitty thing and we told her to get another job as it scared us, couldn't imagine how she felt/feels during these situations. The beds were comfy, breakfast good and thank goodness for strong doors. I 10/10 DONT Recommend this facility and we are out the money too. We didn't get to use the pool because those same people were obnoxious in there and took over the entire area. None of us got any sleep and one of our kids had sports games the next day that he didn't get sleep for. We weren't able to speak to a manager upon checking out. It was just an awful experience. I have never had to write a review this bad before.

Stay for very nice, The hotel was worn and dirty. Continental breakfast was limited, and they kept running out of food. The pool was so murky that you could not see your feet.

Room was not clean, stains on sheets. After bringing this up and having room “cleaned again” sheets were not even changed. Mold in the rooms especially in the bathroom. Not clean overall. Pool was cloudy and also dirty. Whole hotel smelled like smoke and was very loud at all hours doors slamming in the middle of the night.
