When we got there we were greeted by a girl that spoke to us condescendingly. Every question we had was met with a look of condescension. When we asked her if we could upgrade to having the breakfast included, she told us that because we went through a 3rd party that could not happen. We basically felt like she was letting us know that we'll know better the next time. Also we were there for 4 nights and nobody came to clean our room till the day before we left. The buffet breakfast was not appetizing at all and had to go elsewhere every morning. I would not go back again

The room was very large and comfortable . It was also very clean and well stocked . Only problem the remote didn’t work. Had a difficult time shutting the tv off. Also the toilet handle stuck.
