Overall our stay with the hotel was great! Had a long drive in and got there late. Front desk was a little snippy at check in with the name I put down on reservation and what was on my card. Which was still mine! Other than that no complaints! Would stay here again next time we’re coming to Milwaukee

I traveled from Minnesota to this property for a concert at Rave/Eagles Club. It's tucked away in a suburb where there's tons of shopping. Check in was quick and easy and the desk clerk was very sweet and informative. Parking and access to my room was simple too. The room was clean. The bathtub looked a bit dingy/dated but for a 2 night stay and location to tourists spots in Milwaukee like the Public Market and Domes it was a great choice. One thing is the back entry door didn't latch all the way so if you don't pull it shut after entry its open. That was concerning especially for single females traveling solo. Also my hotel room door closed SO SLOWLY. I had to stand there and wait before walking away! If a murderer was chasing me I'd have no chance. I had to chuckle at that too. Overall I enjoyed my stay though. Very quiet and hidden area. I'd stay again!

Great stay

The hotel was very clean. But the halls were so cold it was unpleasant and the bathroom wall had previous water damage that had not been repaired. But let me tell you about the staff. A1 all tge way until the end excellent the check in clerk was very friendly and courteous and very willing to accommodate.
