It was nice, although I arrive two hours earlier before the checking start and even with an empty hotel and the room ready the receptionist told me if I wanted to check in I needed to pay extra.

Nice place to stay.

Everything went just as expected. Great place to sleep while I was in town for the night. Even though they advertise no breakfast, the mini continental breakfast won’t let you leave hungry. Would recommend.

When I checked in, no one asked me for an ID, only a credit card. The patio door to our room was unlocked so anyone could’ve just entered our room. The TV remote did not work and many times No Signal was displayed on the screen. The turn lock on the door also did not work. I believe I had a $10 food/beverage credit that was also not issued to me.

Best room I have found in area for the price!

Great hotel for the great price! I have to stay in the area 2-3 times a year and this is where my prefered hotel to stay at! For the price the room can't be beat and the staff has always been great!

Rude manager, will try to steal your deposit

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was so poor that I feel compelled to. I stayed here on three separate occasions. The first and last time, I got my deposit back. The 2nd time there was clearly an error on their part and my deposit wasnt refunded. Multiple times I called and was told it was still processing. After a month, I asked to speak to a manager. 3 separate occasions I was promised a call back that never happened. Finally, they gave me a random cell phone number and tried it until a woman finally answered. I told her what the issue was and she claimed she would investigate it and call me back in a few hours. I waited 3 days and called her back. At that point she was extremely rude and told me they were keeping my deposit for smoking. First, I dont smoke. I travel extensively for work. I stayed in hotels over 100 nights in 2024 and NEVER got charged a smoking fee. Second, I stayed in the hotel before and after the time that I was charged without incident. Thirdly, the paperwork you sign at check in claims a $250 charge for smoking, so why wasnt I charged that instead of $75? She insulted me, called me a liar and said to do what I have to do she didnt care. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and 6 weeks later they refunded me. I was patient, explained the situation, and gave them every opportunity to correct this before taking it this far and was met with incompetence and rudeness at every turn. Next I'll be contacting corporate. You lose, lady.

Pleasant surprise

We were s bit skeptical due to previous experience at adidferthotel we high ratings. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness if the hotel. There was minimal noise and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We appreciated having mini fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay again.
