Breakfast is really hot and real food not just cereal and waffles, I had cube cut potatoes with a cheese omelette with chives and avocado. They bake their own pastry every morning so they are warm soft and delicious. And the staff was above amazing in kindness and attentiveness. The rooms are clean I can't say enough about Staybridge in Franklin Wisconsin on 27th. A+ in all areas!!

We’re checked in Friday night about 5:30pm, there were 2 people ahead of us and only one person working. It took about 30 minutes from the time we walked in to finally get checked in. We booked our room well in advance for a 2 bedroom with 1 king and 2 queens, perfect for 5 people. However, much to our surprise the hotel was overbooked and we got a room with 1 king and 1 queen-with a mom, dad, teenager, and 2 kids in the double digits it did not make for comfortable sleeping arrangements. When I inquired about a partial refund I was told I would not be receiving a refund which is absurd to me as the room we paid for is not what we got….

It was a nice stay, i had no major issues. The pros... Easily accessable, It was a nice suite, with coffee gtounds and tea, dish soap, and a few other things provided, there were dishes, cups, and all the ammenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, i was impressed. The cons... There were used coffee grounds left in the coffee pot which i guess happens, but that should probably be something on housekeepings list of things to check. there was a light flashing over the bed all night (room 415), which im not sure what it was but it made it difficult to sleep. We did tell the front desk but he acted confused, he said hed send someone but nothing ever got fixed. Id stay again, it was clean and made for a good 2 day stay. Its a little outdated, which doesnt make a difference in comfort, just something i noticed.

Room didn’t have a sponge or rag to wash dishes. No dish soap or dishwasher tabs. Had to call the front desk and complain about the people above us for being extremely loud. Then about 30 minutes later it got worse n couldn't even sleep. Nonstop banging and stomping from the room above us.
