Enjoyed the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by. Near the highway so easy on and off for traveling to further areas. Staff were excellent. The hotel lobby could be noisier than most other hotel lobbies but we did notice a lot of families staying in the hotel. Would stay again!

0/10 We get here & have a hard time with parking. We park in the temp spot & try to check in. You need a card to get inside. Luckily someone was walking out when we were checking a 3rd door. Front desk staff was VERY unprofessional. Asked my name, then asked for a booking #. I give him my phone so he can see my receipt himself. Finally finds it. I ask if he needs my ID or card. He shrugs & takes both, then just says he charged $150 to my card. There was zero warning or explanation of an incidental deposit. I ask about parking, he says “Street parking is free. Sorry if I seem off, just wanna get out of here, ya know?” He hands me the room key then moves on to the next person. Well, street parking is NOT free. Had to find a parking garage & pay by the hour. Come back inside with our bag & realize he never told us ANYTHING. I ask front desk staff how to find our room & she rudely says “The elevator is right there” like I was bothering her. We set our stuff in our room & notice an odor but we’re in a hurry so we accept it, change quick, & head to Target Field. Get back close to 12 AM. The floor of our room is now SOAKED (guessing leaking AC by location) & the smell is amplified X10. Smells like death. I go to tell front desk. After making me wait absurdly long- tries telling me all other rooms are sold out. I show her a video. Rooms not stay-able. Tries forcing me into a queen with attitude. I refused, she was very rude. Another gal came & magically had a king. Awful.

Pretty decent stay

My check in was supposed to be at 11am and my room wasn’t ready until 2pm. The hotel only had a few breakfast options, none gluten free, no other food options other than snacks. Service however was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.

Never received my deposit back of $150 dollars and my spot I paid for parking was taken by someone other then myself and I just want my deposit and the parking spot fee returned my stay was July 6th 2025 and I waited a little over a week to see if I would be reimbursed called the property on July 16 2025 an was told this is something they don’t handle and to contact my bank.

I was disappointed that there aren’t microwaves in the rooms, but luckily there is one in the lobby to use. Very clean property with many close places to walk to. Love the outdoor patio space as well.

We booked this property b/c it is near a big park for us to use with our dog. Friendly service, super clean, nice neighborhood. Parking a bit of a hassle -- ask in advance for a reserved spot on-site.
