We enjoyed our stay. The beds were a bit smaller than expected. There is no microwave in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to dining. Has a great pool, fitness area, and hot tub.

Beds where very comfortable pillows are nice. They cleaned our room up. I thank your maid Service for that ,everyone at your front is very friendly. That’s why we love staying at this hotel every time we come to to see Twins or a concert just easy to get to the venues plus the shopping

Great place to stay in Plymouth

Staying here for 4 nights with other family. We needed accessibility accommodations with rooms adjacent. Rafael at front desk was able to accommodate us. Property is located in quiet neighborhood adjacent to walking trails. Well maintained grounds n rooms are spacious. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent service by all staff.

A bit out of town, but next to easy places to grab amenities. The gym and pool were very nice additions to be able to use, though they are quite a distance due to the size of the hotel. The pool was a nice temperature. The decor was a little outdated, but clean. The room had enough space and an extra area for the fridge and shelf which was nice. The elevators were not working correctly and getting help from staff was very dicey. The parking is also a bit of a walk, so having someone pull to the front is needed for luggage.

It could be better.

I always choose to stay at Crown Plaza Minneapolis when I am at the area. This stay was not good. The room was very hot, despite I set up the temp at 60 F already. Note: Front Desk staff were all very friendly and professional.
