My room was left uncleaned during my entire stay. I was charged three times randomly and was not given any explanation for it. The outlets don’t work, and the AC stays at one temperature no matter what it’s set to.

The room was almost perfect. The toilet would leak down and refill constantly. We were so exhausted that we never reported it, just kept the bathroom door closed all night. Staff was amazing, especially Rafeal. He.d deserves a raise!

Room was comfortable and clean but the bathroom was dated with peeling paint. Breakfast was conventional with many options but expensive. There was no legal way to charge my vehicle. Desk staff suggested using disability parking to reach an electric outlet and then moving the car later - inconvenient and disappointing.

Our room was dirty and the grouns had remnants of old food all around. The room smelled moldy as well, and we asked to switch room and were accommodated.
