Each time we went to the pool the pool door did not open and our cards were deactivated. Front desk dude said it was cause we lifted the handle wrong for the pool, that doesn't explain the card deactivation and needing too return to the front desk to get in our room. Microwave did not work very well. No floor mat for the bathroom, had to use a pool towel. Charged for Parking! That should be included with our stay!

Parking was crowded with individuals taking up 1 1/2 spaces. This was frustrating with a $10 fee to park. The breakfast area was out of yogurt. Otherwise the hotel itself was great!! Friendly staff.

The room was clean. Staff was courteous. The toilet overflowed and a workman came in a hrs to fix it. He had to put on a new part.
