Was in town to visit someone in the hospital but had a good stay at this hotel location. It’s in a busy area close to MSP airport and Mall of America, so unfortunately they do charge a $15 daily rate for parking in their lot. I didn’t know this at the time of booking and made that clear at check-in. Was pleasantly surprised to find out later that the manager waived the parking charges for our three-day stay. Our room on the 5th floor (end unit) was spacious and clean, although not entirely quiet. There was considerable ambient noise from the nearby highway but that was due to the location of the hotel in a busy area. Nothing some ear plugs couldn’t fix. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

Good staff except when the fire alarms went off two times in the same day early in the morning. Need better real meat choices for breakfast. Clean for the most part. Wanted to stay longer, but they jacked up their prices to extend my stay had to leave. Had some plan changes and they wouldn’t help me out.

Nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub area was pleasant and the temperature of both was great. The decor was modern and attractive and everything seemed clean. On the downside, for some reason our room was never cleaned during a three-day stay. The fan vent in the room also could not be turned off, so it made noise 24/7, which was a little annoying. This was not user error; we had a staff member come and play with the thermostat too and they concluded that it could not be controlled. The room temperature was fine, however.

Room was very clean and welcoming. Bed so comfy. Room spacious. Bathroom large. So quiet. Breakfast buffet was very good with a great variety to please everyone. Staff was pleasant and we appreciate the personal touch checking in late on Thanksgiving. We travel with our small dog and very much appreciate Hampton Inn being pet friendly. Great walking path around hotel for her. Convenient location when we visit family. We will be back!

The hotel was very quiet and staff was friendly. Only issue was that the hot tub was overly chlorinated. Burned eyes, made throat hurt, itchy skin, and husband's swimsuit was slightly bleached after going in for a few minutes.
