Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and public areas were all clean and tidy. Hot breakfast was good and well stocked. Only gave 4 stars on eco friendly due to breakfast. Lots of plastic trash produced. However in the rooms it’s clear they are taking steps to be eco friendly with refillable soaps, changing towels on request, etc

The basketball court is already very deteriorated and needs to be fixed because many of the reservations are from parents who take their children to a game and take advantage of the opportunity to play.

Quiet and great location downtown. Breakfast was typical fare but kept plenty clean and stocked. Checking in requires using an intercom to even get into the lobby. Parking is confusing. In my case, parking in the Hawthorne Street ramp and using the second level skyway made the most sense. The hotel has vouchers but they seem to charge you and it does not seem any cheaper than the going rate, per a couple employees.

The hotel was a great place to stay, and I would stay there again! The only issues were that the curtains in our room didn’t close all the way, so the lights outside shown through all night, and the toilet took 2-3 flushes to fully flush clean.
