Booking Requirements:
• 30+ Night Stays may require a lease. If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. If the stay is paid in full at time of booking, no lease is required.
• Security Deposit: A refundable $2500 security deposit may be required, depending on the length of the reservation.. The deposit is refunded within 5–7 days after checkout, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning. Payment (when applicable): ACH (no fee) or credit card (3% processing fee). Lease and security deposit requirements do not apply to Airbnb bookings. By booking, guests agree to this policy.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking.
• Discounts are valid only at checkout, are not retroactive, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed.
• Minnestay is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.


House Rules:
• Check in: 4pm; Check out: 11am. Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed unless early/late arrangements are approved and are subject to additional fees.
• This is a smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vape, etc). There is no smoking allowed inside the property, on balconies/rooftop decks (Sable), or within 25 feet of the property. Fees will be assessed for smoking inside any part of the property, including common areas (Sable).
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
• Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
• Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment.
• All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest.
• Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement.
• Minnestay is not responsible for noise, traffic, construction, or neighboring activity outside of the property’s control. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• Temporary interruptions of utilities, Wi-Fi, or streaming services may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-8AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents around this property.
• Security cameras may be on site, located on the exterior or in the common areas (Sable) of the property.
• Loss of any physical keys, key fobs(Sable), garage door openers and/or parking passes (Sable) will incur a fee.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation may be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Upstairs primary suite was spacious and comfortable. Home was clean and easy to get too. Staff at MinneStay were very responsive when we had a question. If you have trouble going up and down steps this would not be a good choice. Garage and parking in the back of the house are great. The street parking was always full.

Location was just what we were looking for and the property was renovated decently for an older home. Could have used a toddler gate to section off the kitchen and basement. They could use a dehumidifier in the basement, and the main floor shower isn't the best. Wifi needed to be reset when we checked in, and the router is in the bedroom we used for the toddler (who was napping), but cleanliness was excellent at check in.

Thanksgiving stay

Location was great. It is an old house. Very small kitchen and lacked in some basic kitchen necessities. We did bring along quite a few kitchen items, crock pots, pans, etc. as we ordered a Thanksgiving dinner from Kowalskis and needed to heat multiple food items up at a time. Drafty and had to turn temp up quite a bit to make it comfortable. Upstairs bedroom area was nice although bathroom a little odd with no door and open walls at the top. Basement was okay but also cold and hard to heat. It worked for our family. Would be nice for a summer stay as the backyard looked inviting.

Wonderful week for the fam!

There's nothing really to say except how it went. Everything was smooth, everything was easy, communication was fabulous and the place was as advertised and then some. Plenty of room for us and plenty close to all the necessities and entertainment we needed. The video game and Lounge downstairs is a beautiful touch and the backyard is a wonderful little tucked away area where you can feel private but still be close to everything. We had many cookouts and play sessions. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out that needed to go to bed at different times due to the kids. And anytime there was a question we got an answer quickly. Highly recommend the house, and area. Thanks so much for having us!!

Grand Avenue

The location was excellent, within walking distance to Kowalski’s Grocery and a number of good restaurants and coffee shops. The house was an old well cared for craftsman. The upstairs stairway has short steps that can be difficult for an adult. The dishwasher was necessarily quite small given the available kitchen cabinet space leading the three of us to need to run it often.

Great location

This location was the perfect spot for our vacation to Saint Paul, MN! Loved running along Summit and Grand Ave! A quick walk to so many restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. The top floor master room was nice and cold for sleeping on a hot summer days! The basement bar and game room with Pac-Man and darts was super fun!

Great Location!

This house is in a great location and it is the cutest house! We have stayed here twice now and just love it! The little things like soap, extra toothbrushes/toothpaste, coffee, laundry detergent, lotion, shampoo, etc., are all wonderful and make you feel welcome! Would definitely recommend this property!
