They dont tell you that some of their rooms, including suites, dont have windows to the outside. The inward faccing rooms are dark and gloomy. I downgraded from a suite to a regular room to see the sun during my stay but had to eat the extra fee I paid for a windowless suite. They should let you know that you are booking a room without a window at the time of booking.

I read a lot of reviews for this hotel before booking it, and the reviews tended to be positive. Yet I’ve never had such a poor experience like this at a hotel. First, and perhaps most important is just the general uncleanliness of the hotel. In my room’s closet on the shelf was a roll of condoms I assume were left by another guest? The bathroom’s glass door had spots.The sofa had stains as did the rug and the room smelled dusty and sour. It was extremely disappointing because I paid more for the business room. But it was clear that the room was not clean, nor was that floor regularly maintained. Other things that might drive you insane: a small nspresso machine that is supplied with full sized cups that are too big to fit under the spout because they are taller than the machine. So, no actual receptical for the coffee exists. You have to request to have housekeeping make up your room, but they have no clear process to make that request And do not tell you that when you check in. I had to call the front desk for mugs that were small enough for the coffee machine, and then ended up just going into the restaurant and taking them myself after waiting for 45 minutes. Also fyi— business guests do not have access to the business lounge on the business floor. And they don’t have a business center/ work space for business travelers like most hotels. Concert trip

Took my granddaughter and a friend to a concert and enjoyed our stay. We were checked in quickly and simply dropped our keys on the way out. Ate at the restaurant in the hotel and have to say my waitress was very friendly and her recommendations was spot on. Got a coupon for use in the restaurant and bar for staying there. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a really convenient spot. The room was good sized for 4 and the fitness center was great. We didnt eat there so cant sprak to that. Staff were friendly. Towels were very fluffy.
