Room was fine, front desk staff was ok. The problem we had was that we stayed there for a conference. There was a mile long line for the elevator. We looked for a stair case since we were only on the second floor and the front desk lady said someone would come and take people up the stairs but no one came.. it would probably be fine if there was not a concert but it seemed like a huge fire hazard. And it’s 40$ for valet parking, otherwise no parking around

Awesome hotel!! The valet, check in were smooth! The room was excellent with full bar and very clean!! The breakfast at their restaurant was fabulous!!! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to Grand Casino Arena!!!
