We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling.

A hotel in decline.

Room floors, table surfaces were not clean. Bedroom slippers were not provided and in-room telephone was not working to request for amenities. Not worth the price and star rating at all.

Enjoyable stay at Pullman Miri.

Overall a great place to stay as the bed was comfortable and my room had a fantastic view of the sea, the busy River, golf course n city. However, I had to have my quilt changed as it was worn out. They should also change 2 of their squarish pillows as they’re just as worn out. Oh yes, the room door needs to be adjusted as I had to pull it hard to close with a bang. Compliments to all the service staff who were very helpful and cheerful.

The beşt hotel in Miri

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location with South China Sea and Miri Golf Course view. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Convenient and plentiful parking spaces. Very close to the newly developed shopping centre of Miri Times Square.
