Stayed 3 nights. Never cleaned room, even to take out trash. Shower water pressure was terrible and temperature varied throughout shower. Room got colder when we turned the heat on. And our toilet clogged, we called at 2pm. When we returned at 6pm they had done nothing. Front desk said maintenance was gone and gave us a miniature worthless plunger. It served its purpose, but definitely not a four or five star stay.

Parking was very easy, everything was low-key and quiet. It was so nice. It was no-frills, but clean and nice. The beds were great, breakfast was great, everyone was nice.

Everyone was really nice and the property was clean. The Jets on the hot tub weren't working but it was still a nice 108°. The breakfast looked really good but I don't eat biscuits and gravy and stuff like that so I was happy to see they had fresh fruit. Would definitely recommend or stay again

The room was very dark even with all the lights on. The bathroom was tiny. I was there for two days and housekeeping did not come in. I had no clean towels trash was overflowing when I left the first day housekeeping was standing outside my door talking, so I assumed they would come in and tidy up the room and leave me new towels, but they did not.
