I'll start from the bad - though the listing says there's a heated pool and breakfast, only after paying we got a mail saying that both aren't avalible in winter time. The roof between the floors is also so thin that we heard every step the guy in the room above us took. Lastly, our hand soap dispenser broke and made the whole bathroom counter soapy. We had to ask twice for it to be replaced and did not even get the area cleaned up after it finally was. So why not lower? First lady from the staff was very nice, the room was clean and pretty big.

Clean room, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, walkable to shopping and restaurants. The grab and go breakfast is convenient but lackluster. Beware the outside steps if wet (raining), as I slipped and fell down them when heading out (in the dark) to go hiking at Arches. I would recommend staying at Apache Motel, for an affordable and quiet place near Arches and Canyonlands NP.

This is the Cutest Motel. Quiet off the main strip. Friendly Staff, Comfortable Beds, nice little bit of food for breakfast also very clean. They lit a fire 2 nights in the front area. Swimming pool was closed due to winter hours but its a nice space. Definitely worth staying again.
