The staff were friendly. We love our room. It’s spacious with high ceiling. The room is clean and comes with a full kitchen and everything we needed for a family of 4. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Arches National Park. I’m very picky and never write a review. So it’s a big deal for me to spend the time to do this. We were not disappointed.

We had a Queen studio which was nice with the kitchen and extra sitting area. Pool area was nice. We stayed 3 nights and every morning they had different breakfast options. The gym is one of the best I have used. My only complaint was that whatever cleaning solution they used to clean the floors in our room was very sticky. Our shoes were constantly squeaking. Overall great place to stay for our trip to Moab!

The hotel was not where Google maps said it was, so it took us a little bit to find it. We arrived very late and there was no parking whatsoever. But the staff was helpful. The breakfast was underwhelming, and it seemed like there wasn’t anyone restocking anything that ran out- no milk, no yogurt, no fruit, no juice.

I don’t like that you have to use your room key to get ice/not enough parking/the restaurant closes too early but everything was very clean. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. I like the high pressure shower and I like the safety latch on the door. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was very nice. I wanted to get a late check out because I checked in very late the night before but they said there was none available, so they should be more accommodating on that especially since I paid almost $200 for the room and didn’t get in till almost 10 PM. I liked the fridge and microwave in the room.

The property was clean with large modern rooms. The only drawback was parking. It was an extremely busy weekend in Moab and finding parking for a large truck was difficult.

Very noisy and terrible front desk experience

We would not recommend the Element in Moab. The room was incredibly noisy because it was right next to the kitchen. The noise kept our family awake at 10pm at night and woke us again at 5:30 during morning breakfast preparation. You could also hear the footsteps of the room above. The front desk associate was incredibly unpleasant and unkind when we asked to explore other options for the remainder of our stay. The room was also dirty - the pull out bed had not been cleaned in a while because of all the crumbs and dirt. Terrible experience and not at all what you’d expect for that caliber hotel and the nightly rate

Poorly maintained hotel. Spring break and the pool heater out of service, the water was ice cold. The only working washer(out of the three) was jammed. Breakfast was terrible, limited choices. Out of the five days we stayed a breakfast meat was served only once. Simple things like oatmeal was not restocked. Everyone was asking for pepper and salt - there was none. In our room the kitchen drawer cabinets would fall apart when opened. The espresso machine was broken. The ice machine (2nd floor) was broken. It's a beautiful place but filled with disappointments.
