Whether you want to visit the parks, participate in action sports, or just relax, this property is a hidden treasure. This newly constructed home has views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal mountains, additional trailer parking, and all the comforts of home.

It is a short drive of 7 miles to the center of Moab for restaurants, shops, spas, bookstores, musical events, and city parks. Arches National Park is 12 miles. Head south and there are countless other options to explore like the Hole in the Rock and Wilson arch. The queen bunk bed will assure everyone has a comfy place to sleep.

After a hard day of playing and exploring, You'll enjoy amenities like cable TV, Netflix streaming, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen, and a patio.

Things to Know
Please note: This home is located next to Highway 191. There is a large sound wall but you may still hear highway traffic noise. This highway is a two-lane highway and posted at 65 MPH. If you are a very light sleeper or this traffic noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying somewhere else.
This home is beautiful and has ample parking for large vehicles and trailers.
The internet/wifi is slow and spotty in the area. If you plan to work remotely you may experience poor internet service.

Little bit further out of town than expected but the drive in wasn’t bad. Opposite side of town from the National Parks but again, not bad of a drive. Houses 1-4 are located right next to the road and lots of road noise comes through. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. There was no garage door opener, so the garage was not pointless for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was as described, which allow our family of three to settle in nicely. The open concept allowed us to move about comfortably and not feel cramped in any way. Yes, it is close to the highway however, the windows and home itself were insulted well enough that any noise didnt interfere wiith our relaxation, nor our sleep at night.

Beautiful Spot

My sister and I stayed here for our spring weekend vacation and we loved it. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when connecting with the tv, but other than that it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location. Check-in and out was easy and we didn't run into any issues.

Would never stay here again

At first glance, place looks nice until you can’t see out the windows because they are so dirty. Glass on all the tables with filthy. Towels are so rough I could get better quality at a Super 8. No blinds on the slider and large window by front door. Fell so exposed and unsafe. RIGHT on the main road and so so loud. Good thing I had ear plugs for sleeping. Amenities in the kitchen were horrible. Internet service was non-existent. Management company were nice but just “lip service”. Never fixed any of the issues. Swear i heard a mouse in the kitchen one night. So many places to stay. Don’t stay here.

While a little hard to find (maps sent us a little too far), this place was the perfect, cozy little space of tranquility that my friends and I needed to relax. The process was quick, easy, and convenient (booking, check-in, check-out). Everything was great!

Clean and nice property with stunning views

Clean, nice, and new property that worked well for our family of 5 (4 adults + 1 child). Great appliances and facilities all around, and amazing views out the front and back. The only thing that did not work for our family was the bunk bed. It makes a rattling noise whenever anyone is on it, which means we couldn't use the top bunk.

Great experience

My husband and I, with our son and his business partner, went to Moab for a quick business trip. The location was perfect for us, we had meetings in the Spanish Valley, and it was nice to get out of town a little. The house was beautiful and very clean.

Moab Retreat

This is a very well-equipped house a few miles south of the bustle in Moab. Other reviews noted the highway noise, which is true, but we rarely noticed it after a day of hiking. We had an issue with the grill, but management responded. I would recommend this area if you don’t want to be in the middle of Moab and the constant traffic.

Really nice house, with a garage (important if traveling with bikes). There is a bit of road noise at night to consider, but other than that great property. There was a bit of snafu getting key (instructions had wrong code) - but the property manager was very responsive and resolved quickly

Property is in a great location from town and trails. Everything at the property was great, with two issues. 1. Obviously haven’t got the dirty floor issue figured out yet as our floors were filthy. I would advise bringing slippers so socks and feet don’t get dirty. 2. The road noise can be somewhat troublesome at times. We had white noise which really helped to sleep at night. Otherwise, it was a great unit and a great location for accessing all activities. Thank you

Gorgeous views

Great place a little outside of Moab. Easy drive and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Beautiful canyon and mountain views. Would stay again.

Very nice place. Our group of 3 enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located from Moab and the parks. Right off the road, so there is a little road noise at times. The beds were very comfortable. Nice features.

Lovely place

Lovely place. But far from Moab, it's in Spanish Valley. It's in San Juan County south of Moab. Road noise was also unfortunate. The unit was beautiful though! 😁😁😁 Modern and clean!

New & nice - a bit of road noise

The property is new and tastefully furnished. Some things to be aware of; there is no cell service here. You must be connected to wi-fi to send texts and, if course, make calls. Also, the road noise is a bit much even with the wall. The property was mostly clean. There were little things like dust bunnies streaming from the ceiling and ceiling fans, hard water buildup on the dishes and a "strange" substance on the couch that gave me pause but other than that our stay was quite nice.

Loved our stay in Moab

This was an amazing property. The house was very clean, and well kept. The beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer was a plus. The only complaint I have is that there was not a propane tank for the grill, so we just didn't grill out... not a problem. I would stay here again the next time I am in Moab.

Great house close to Arches National Park

The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very close to Arches National Park, which is the main attraction in Moab.
