Can’t believe Hilton put its name on the crap. This is an old motel 6 with new paint. Area is ghetto, homeless everywhere, industrial area. Traffic from 99 noise coming right through the room and a train shaking the room every hour. The only spark needed here is to burn this crap down. Never again!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!. I left my room at 7:30 am in the morning. And later in the afternoon I noticed that my deposit for $250 had not been returned. On top of that there was another $200 charged to my card. I called Hilton support as I’ve been a member for years. They called the hotel and we’re told that I was charged $250 because they found cigarettes butts in the room And an additional charge of $200 for a missing TOWEL and WASH CLOTH! I DONT SMOkE!! And I certainly don’t steal towels. So now I have to deal with my credit card company disputing the charge and the Hilton Support, who was helpful, disputing it as well as they believed me, but the hotel won’t budge. You have no recourse! I don’t know which maid can’t count, or who may have gotten into that room after I left, but I do know that I DONT SMOKE, the hotel is sketchy, smelly, and in a sketchy part of town. Smells like a scam to me and if the credit card company can’t get my money back I will be filing charges in small claims court because I refuse to give them $450 for something I didn’t do! DO NOT STAY there, something shady is going on. You have been warned

The person on the phone could not offer to check for a Tesla charging station nor for the access to a non handicap room, there were no even cups for water to brush our teeth the hotel lacks of almost all the Hilton amenities and class, the place was dark an the parking was very limited.

This hotel exceeded my expectations- our room was spacious and so clean and comfortable. Our stay was brief, just a one-night stopover on a long roadtrip, but it was a comforting respite from our journey.

Newer remodeled hotel. Clean and comfortable. Don't the location discourage you using this hotel. It's not a bad location but not many businesses immediately close by.

Rare to see a property with no coffee maker and no microwave, even of lesser quality. The agent was not able to produce keys for the room. Somebody had to escort you to open with a master key. This was a great inconvenience and created uncertainty. Incredibly not able to fix the problem through the whole stay.

Pet fee outrageous

Hotel is located in an industrial area which, when you are not from the area you have no clue. They were pet friendly but upon arrival they told me the fee for my dog was $50 per night.. that’s just crazy.. that fee should be posted on hotel.com website.

Modesto marathon

Their key card maker stopped working. They could not get it fixed during our stay. So, we had to wait for someone to open our door every time we wanted to get in. They had to do this for every single guest.
