Excellent location with great amenities inside and outside the hotel Staff very courteous and helpful. Rooms very clean and efficient, purposeful. However, in my opinion, the rooms could benefit from a slightly more modern style and decor, especially on the balconies. But hey, you can't have it all :)... Otherwise, it was an excellent hotel and stay. Merci.

There was a rat on the 7th floor. Running around the hallway. Spoke to the manager and they offered a complimentary bottle of champagne. This bottle did not show up! Went back to the front desk to chase this up. They claimed that we were offered a free meal at the hotel restaurant instead. This was not communicated to us directly so we were unaware and the manager I spoke with on the second occasion was not helpful at all. He was rude and abrupt when I explained the situation. I told him I wasn’t communicated with regarding the meal. We put our trust in to this hotel and the staff but it was a real shame that they acted this way. Will not be returning.
