This hotel exceeds my expectations. The staffs are courteous and attentive, communicate well, ensure your happiness and pleasure while giving you the best customer service money can buy. I will recommend anyone seeking and affordable all-inclusive hotel to Hotel Deja. We had a wonderful vacation and it all because of the service given. The Food was unlimited, the drink, music and beach entry. I recommend Deja to anyone who wants an amazing time in Jamaica and not looking to spend extra money for a marvelous time in the sun. The staff were awesome! Von at the patio bar was LIT and Abea (I think that’s her name) was extremely sweet. The kitchen staff were very attentive and I enjoyed every meal.

The property is dated but painting was in progress, with a few more upgrades the property will be 4/5 star. The staff and food were excellent. The pool needs to be kept clean and updated also. Was disappointed there aren’t any elevators but the environment and natural scenery is beautiful.
