The hotel is located in the same property as a large shopping mall. The proximity to the mall was good for any shopping and dining that you need. Being on top of the mall led to lots of noise. The restaurants and clubs played loud music until midnight; even on the sixth floor, it was easily heard through the windows. This was on a Sunday evening. The hallways smelled strongly of fried food. This was the same morning and night. The breakfast was limited, but there aren't any other nearby options since the mall-based restaurants aren't open for breakfast hours. The hotel isn't conveniently located for anything except the shopping malls. The price was decent, but there are similarly priced places in Monterrey with better locations.

I travel to MTY on a regular basis and this location is not as advertised. Pay the extra 25 for a better place downtown.

I was charged extra for a breakfast option that I didn't ask for and didn't attend. When that was brought up when checking out, they said they couldn't take it off the bill. I couldn't use the exercise room either. A very disappointing stay.
