Beds were comfy, front desk stafg were lovely. We were there during Osheaga and a soccer tournament. The hotel was fully booked. Hotels need to figure out how to accomodate sports teams and other guests at the same time. Payinng $350/night for.a.room.should guarantee a modicum of quiet a civility after 10 (and especially after midnight). Children playing tag throughout the hotel, parents speaking to each other and hanging out in hallways until after midnight. We asked in person at the front desk for intervention then twice by phone the first night. The next morning we spoke to front desk staff who very kindly changed our room for the second night. Second night was much better, but we had to ask the front desk about a group of 15 adults who were hanging out on a couple of couches at the end of the second floor hallway after 11 pm. Not sure what the solution is, but surely security could be hired when busy with sports teams.

1 night stay stopover on our road trip

Convenient if driving through ,highways just when you exit hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds, hot breakfast, options for everyone, scrambled eggs were not very good though but there’s boiled eggs, sausage toast n more. I would still give it a 5 star overall.

It’s an old fashioned hotel. It’s very close to highway so entering could be tricky if you get off highway at very last exit. The rooms are huge. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast room is a little small but you will find a spot. Noise is not an issue for us.

The hotel is excellent, very well maintained. The only two issues I had were that the room was extremely cold in the middle of the night (the room temperature control is useless) and there is lacking of electric outlets near the bedside table (to charge the phones). I do wish that the internet would be faster, it would be great! But overall, it was a very nice hotel to stay if you are driving since it is near the highway. The breakfast has a lot of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk and the maintenance guy. I highly recommend the place.
