I would give 4 stars but since i am not the only one with this complaint, maybe they will do something about it. Everything is great about this hotel. Except that no one ever comes to clean or tidy up my room. I stayed for over 2 Weeks, so i felt uncomfortable after a while. The reception told me that someone will come, but that wasn't the case. I was away for 3 days and the sign for "please clean my room" was on my door all this time and even then, no one came. Please do something about it, and then i would give 4 or even 5 stars, the next time i will stay at your hotel.
