The property is dated but clean and rooms are ample. Room had a full kitchen and living room. Parking was in the lower level of the building which was very convenient except it came with a cost of $40 per day. There are lots of stores a few blocks away offering places to dine and shop. Had to take ubers to and from touristic locations about 1.5 miles away. Would come here again.

We had an issue with the room not being turned over upon chrck in, but the staff MORE than made up for the mistake. Things happen and they apologized and made up for it. Otherwise it was fine. This hptel is super close by to a lot of great things to check out and super close to metro stations. Highly recommend

Room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff was cordial, check in and check out were both smooth, only complaint is that the dishwasher in our room was unusable and coming out of the spot it was supposed to be mounted in. Otherwise, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again :)

Perfect for what we needed. Old but clean.

Only stayed one night, while in town for a play at Place Des Artes and a concert at the Bell Centre. It was perfect for what we needed. Underground parking was convenient but spots were very tight to fit into. Beds were clean and comfy. Didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed fine. There were signs of wear: on the couch, the carpet, the bathtub, but they seemed clean, just old. The air conditioner didn’t have knobs and the thermostat only seemed to have “on” or “off” options, we couldn’t set our own temperature. If we were staying longer we might have asked for help but for one night just to sleep it was fine! Neighborhood felt safe walking as a group of 3 women, and there was plenty of food options nearby.

The underground parking was great. The staff were friendly. Property felt safe as you had to have a room key to enter the main area of the building and a room key to get to your floor. We had a room with a kitchenette which made it easy to make quick snacks, lunches or late night snacks and probably saved us some money! We walked everywhere from the hotel nothing was too far. Catherine’s street was close which was a plus. It was also easy to Uber if it wasn’t within walking distance.
