The outside of the building is very outdated and a bit dirty, but the inside is beautiful!! Fantastic staff and wonderful rooms! We loved our stay and the restaurant had great food! Free parking was so nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly! They spoke French and English which was very helpful!

Great stay, great staff and location. Just some areas that could use improvement..... cleaning could be a bit better but nothing that I couldn't quickly do myslef(tv remote was covered in I think yogurt, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom counters) and it could definitely use some repairs, fridge shelfces all broken, bathroom sink loose and lastly....pleas emove the toilet roll holder closer to the toilet. You need go, go gadget arms to reach it!

Renovations are donne very well: not just a cover up. Its obvious that they are renovating section by section but what is done is very high end. Example the hallways looked dated but we were verry surprised when we got in the room. The hotel is beautiful and very well placed for the price. My husband is the difficult one and he said this will be our go-to hotel in the city.
