Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades this place could be a 5 in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous property with a beautiful view. The pool is not heated and nothing is really walkable from the hotel, but it’s quite a gem! They had parking on site which was wonderful. The spa was lovely as well. Very friendly staff and delicious food, especially at Blue Stone, next door to the property.

We loved the beach and pool. The room and the views were lovely. The shuttle service was the only convenient way to get around, and unfortunately the hotel restaurant was not recommended as the food is overpriced and not great.

The hotel was located right on the beach and had beautiful views from all angles. The staff were friendly and welcoming and a big bonus they spoke fluent English. The rooms were perfect and the pool and restaurants amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii as it’s close to all yet nicely out of the hussle and bussle.
