Als ich um 19 Uhr eintraf war weder unter meinem Namen noch unter der ebookers Nummer eine Reservierung auffindbar. Obwohl ebookers mir die Reservierung bestätigt und das Geld von der Kreditkarte einkassiert hatte. Es fand sich dann zum Glück noch ein Zimmer
