Nice hotel, 15 mins walk to Marienplatz. Close to good restaurants, rental car agency, sixt and grocery store. Was welcomed by very nice receptionist at evening (believe her name was Kristine). Gave us all the information needed. Would highly recommend to talk to her, and not the day time staff members who were disappointing.

Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal im Frühstückssaal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit sehr gut Hatte Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen gebucht, im Zimmer war alles jedoch nur für 1 Person gerichtet, 1 Glas, 1 Zahnputzbecher etc. Hat sich auch nach reklamieren an der Pforte nicht geändert. Bad initial in den Ecken schmutzig, wurde in 5 Tagen nicht einmal geputzt, täglich neue Flecken und Ränder und Zahnpastaspritzer blieben uns bis zum Schluss erhalten. In keinster Weise die 400€/Tag wert

Good value for the money - the room was small and rather spartan but it was quiet and there were no issues as I didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was great, and there were coffee and fruit in the reception room. Only a short walk to the Lehel subway station, and there were a few really good neighborhood restaurants within a few blocks. I’d happily stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, worth the price. Cheap breakfast and very good. Also good location. Only issue is that I accidentally spilled a drink on my bed with a very obvious stain and for 2 days the room was cleaned and the stained ignore. Finally on my last night were my sheets changed.

BAD ATTENTION!!!!

The staff were totally bad in regards attention, felt like they are doing me a favor with the reservation and with each thing that I had request. The last day, I ask to storage my suitcases as every hotel and when I got back the lady told me “why I do have to give you the key” when she obviously knew that the bagages were there inside. I travel to Munich 8-10 times a year and the attention was poor at all!! The location is good and near to a train station (5 minutes by walk)

Tolle Lage, Personal freundlich, hätte sicherlich Potenzial, der Zustand des Zimmers war allerdings leider indiskutabel: Teppich und Wände fleckig, unzureichend geeinigt (Gummibärchen und Brösel am Boden, diverse Haare an Toilette, Duschwanne etc., Staub auf den Möbeln, Gardine schmutzig...), die Möbel teils sehr abgenutzt...schade!

Ruhige Lage in München

Gute und ruhige Lage in München, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Eiskanal und in der Stadtmitte über den Hofgarten. Das Hotel ist völlig ausreichend für einen München-Besuch. Das Frühstück ist mit einer schönen Auswahl – und freundlichem Personal. Die Hotel-Parkplätze sind nicht üppig – aber im Umfeld des Hotels lässt sich für kleines Geld doch ein Plätzchen finden. Nachbessern müsste man aber beim WLAN, das ist in der Basis-Ausstattung nicht das schnellste Teil, zudem sind nur zwei Geräte pro Zimmer drin. Das „Mehr“ kostet pro Tag dann aber deutlich zu viel.
