Average in every way in terms of comfort and amenities. Room was clean and actually larger than I expected for a single bed. Nate bones hotel, fine if you are out all day and just need a bed and a bathroom. Short walk to main old town and to the Oktoberfest grounds.

The room was newly renovated but the bathroom was disgusting. Covered in what looks like to be old mold, and overall dirty. The building also smelled like a casino. Steer away!

Nice little hotel, great for a couple nights stay. Great for being next to the train station and underground, shame about the rest of the area it is in. Pillows are bizarrely uncomfortable but you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately the hotel is not for sure 3 stars, tha bathrooms needs full renovation, hot water for bathrooms if you're lucky sometimes maybe you have, breakfast very low quality and not very fresh. Also there not air conditioner in rooms only fan. The good for the hotel is the location is very close to the centran train and bus station but the area at night is little dangerous.

location of property in a rough area but close to the city highlights. Property was being renovated so some areas were verry good for example the common breakfast area. Close to public transport. However we had no issues even though the area seems verry rough.

Room was tiny and hot, no air con, when I got to the hotel it was locked and was unable To enter, had to wait over an hour to get this resolved. Cleaners turned up once in 6 days. On a very loud busy street

It was very close to central station and the main area for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staffs were kind and helpful. My most favorite was breakfast, many plenty of food that I don’t eat normally. If I visited Munich in the future , I would like to stay in this hotel again ^_^

Good value

Well located in city centre, 3 minutes walk from Southern entrance to central station. Very friendly staff ( especially the evening receptionist). Clean. As others have commented, it’s on a noisy street with all types of entertainment- though I never felt unsafe.
