It’s a nice hotel. Clean, classy. Price was reasonable. I don’t know the precise location but it’s walking distance from the key city center places like Karlsplatz and Marienplatz. Also an U-Bahn/S-Bahn station very close by. I stayed for two nights in a single-person room; not large but quite sufficient for my purposes - just to sleep. There looks to be a nice bar/restaurant in the lobby but I didn’t eat there. Definitely will consider it on a future stay.

Room was on the smaller side, but the beds were comfortable, shower water pressure and soundproofing were great. The location itself and proximity to the central station and Old Town were also perfect.

We recently spent a week at this hotel and were beyond impressed. From the helpful front desk to the clean and comfortable room, we would highly recommend this hotel. It's proximity to the train station and Marienplatz was an added bonus, as were the free drink tickets. We used them all!! An A+ experience which we hope to do again some day.

Surrounding area feels a bit unsafe to walk around after sunset. Front desk staffs are definitely lovely and very helpful! There was an older not-so-gentlemen who serve the breakfast area that keeps asking if we have finished with our cups and plates even though we were still eating. Not sure if he really needed the table for other guests or if the hotel doesn’t have enough cups and plates. The room was okay, not the cleanest among the hotels we’ve stayed at during our trip. Bath gel and shampoo don’t feel great. Our room has a kitchen which is a plus.

Overall good property. Rooms are spacious but bathrooms are small but not inconsistent with other properties we have stayed at in Europe. Parking was super convenient - lot was right next to property! We had booked a tour with Radius Tours and our meeting place was literally 1/2 a block up from the hotel! Super convenient to walk to many good dining options. Breakfast was adequate - many choices but not as plentiful as other properties we have stayed at in Europe.

Not very accommodating regarding issues with room, late checkout etc. Oktoberfest happening during my stay but helpfulness and friendliness was absent.
