We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very central to the train station/tram services but at night for 2 young women we felt the street was unsafe to walk down. Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff however, so friendly and gave great advice. The people on the streets however were very sketchy.

I have stayed at both Kings Center Superior and Kings Hotel First (they are sister hotels). Kings Center Superior is the better hotel with more amenities like free coffee and tea throughout the day. I would recommend Kings Center Superior over Kings Hotel First, it is more expensive but worth it. Disadvantages about Kings Hotel First: 1. There is no amenities room on the third floor. 2. There is no laundry/dry cleaning services on weekends. 3. There is no landline phone in the rooms to call the reception. 4. There is no free coffee or tea during the day unlike its sister hotel. Advantages: 1. Very short walk to Munich Hauptbahnhof. 2. Very short walk to many nearby groceries and supermarkets: Aldi Sud, Rewe, Lidl, Müller, Gute Lebensmittel, Edeka Ernst, etc. 3. Receptionists and managers are very welcoming and friendly. 4. Quiet and soundproof rooms. 5. Wifi is quick and reliable. 6. Bed is very comfortable and cozy.

Hotel was great. Large rooms for the family. The street was quite noisy at night. Windows were not sound proof. Also not the nicest area but close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town.

Kings First Hotel was a fantastic choice for us! It is super close to the train station, and the döner place across the street was delicious and everybody was so nice. The WiFi is fast and the rooms are beyond comfortable. The soap smelled so good! We utilized the lockers in the basement for our things and it was very convenient for a day of walking around after we checked out. The gentleman concierge that helped us checking in was so kind and helped me practice my German! We were only there one night and didn’t utilize much past that, but we had a blast. Thank you Kings First :)!
