Friendly staff

Pros: Pleasant welcoming staff. Very clean and tidy. Spacious room/

Location: Its out of the centre. That quite probably is reflected in the price. If you dont mind to get on the S-Banh or U-Banh its not a problem.

Its abit out of the centre but the transport links are excellent. 15-20 minute to the centree.

Dem Wunsch nach Einzelbetten wurde nicht entsprochen. Frühstück unorganisiert ( 1 Stunde Wartezeit !!).

Gute Anbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das einzige was wir zu beanstanden haben ist der Kühlschrank, keine Chance eine grosse Flasche Wasser hinein zu bekommen..

Sehr schönes und neues Hotel, würde jederzeit wieder buchen, eines der wenigen Hotels welche mal die Beschreibung und die Sterne verdient! Zu bemängeln wären allerdings das etwas zu weiche Bett, die Kopfkissen und der etwas zu geringe Duschdruck. Aber das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau. Schade finde ich die Preispolitik des Frühstücks und des Parkens, jeweils 15 Euro extra, mega happich, daher beides nicht in Anspruch genommen. Genau gegenüber ist der S-Bahn Anschluss & ein P+R Parkplatz, Kosten für 24h 1 Euro ... Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und das neue Hotel.
