The staff were super friendly and made us feel confident we could ask reception for help if we needed something. The room way very clean, nice to have a small kitchen with basic plates and bowls available. Only downside was that the room had no air conditioning. We stayed in winter and found ourselves so hot we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Other than that it was an overall lovely stay!

Everything was wonderful from the time of check-in to check-out. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was spacious and comfortable! Not big, but very clean and comfortable room, everything is on hand. We were very happy with our bad after long walks along Munich streets and markets. Location is also very good - approx. 15- 20 min walk to the heart of the Old Town. All public transportation is also very close. English speaking personnel, very friendly. This hotel was a good option!
