Excelent stay in Munich

We found this as long weekend promotion. Staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel location is quite good, next to U-Bahn, Buses and Trams. Overall hotel cleanliness was OK. Room was spacious with a balcony and view over the city. At the 20th floor was really a treat. On the down side, the AC unit was a little bit loud, but that should be expected from an already aged but renovated hotel. On the 22nd floor, the pool, fitness studio, steam bath and sauna just made our stay even better. Will return definitely again.

I just arrived in the hotel and there were a plenty of hotel guest awaiting for just one receptionist. Even more there was no restaurant, a chaotic parking in the underground, 2 from 6 elevators are not operating in 22 storage building and the rooms are very noisy. Certainly I never will come back to this hotel.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung um zu übernachten aber mehr auch nicht. Das Frühstück Büfetts war sehr gross und auch fein. Das Zimmer könnte man auch gründlicher reinigen. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Schöner Spa-Bereich (klein aber fein) mit Pool und wunderbarem Ausblick über München. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Balkon ist leider nicht so toll, da die Balkone in einem nicht so guten Zustand sind. Eine Renovierung wäre wohl nötig.
