Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 300 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 May, EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 June - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 14 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for full breakfast: approximately EUR 20.00 for adults and EUR 13.00 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 120 per person (roundtrip)
• Pet fee: EUR 10 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per night

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.
• Onsite cash transactions can't exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For more details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• The seasonal pool will open in May and close in October.
• One child 1 year old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
