If you just need a two-bedroom oceanfront condo, but don't want to feel like you're staying in a phone booth, here's the choice for you. This spacious Waters Edge two-bedroom has the same size living area as three-bedroom units, along with two full bathrooms. From the twelfth floor, the view is spectacular, spot the dolphins from the balcony or the sofa. Every vacation day begins and ends with the beauty of blue sky and golden sand, and the soothing sound of ocean waves that you will enjoy from comfortable furnishings.

Waters Edge is a premium condo resort. There are large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, exercise facilities, a lounge, restaurant, and convenience store all on the premises. The elevator from the lobby provides excellent handicapped access. When you're ready to feel the soft, warm sand between your toes, the soft, wide Garden City beach is right out from the lobby.

One guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other has a queen and a twin daybed. The living room sofa converts to a queen-size bed, allowing two more spots to sleep. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, pots, and pans. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided and you will arrive to find beds made, towels in place, bathroom tissue and a basket of household supplies on hand. . You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper!

Rules & Regulations:

- No Smoking in unit (Minimum of $500 fee if not followed)
- No grills/open flames allowed on porch or within 10ft of building (must be in designated grilling areas)
- The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old, have a valid credit card, and be present for the entire rental.
- No Trailers, RV's, or ATV's Allowed in Parking Lot
- OVERSIZE TRUCKS WILL NOT FIT IN PARKING GARAGE
- Parking Pass must be Displayed at all times (vehicle subject to towing without pass)

Parking is limited at all oceanfront properties. We can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the Home Owners Association and property manager. With this unit, we can only provide TWO (2) parking tags. Additional parking tags are available at the discretion of the building management between Nov. 15 - Mar. 15.

Garden City is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions, and over 100 excellent golf courses. The outstanding Conch Cafe is a short walk. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are about a mile south from Surmaster. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are 1.5 miles north. Just a short drive south is the Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row", which boasts the best seafood in South Carolina. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden.

Great place, but needs maintenance.

We loved the location, building, and access. The space was open, clean, great view, and nice furniture and decorations. We would stay in this building again, and only this unit of things were fixed. My biggest issue is when we checked in on Sunday, we reported some issues to the property manager. ( door to balcony was difficult to open and close, vent in master bathroom did not work, the lamp over the dining room table was missing a piece. The master room door handle feif like it would break off at any time, and the double doors to the master room and washer/dryer area would not stay shut). The manager told me she would notify maintenance. She did say Mondays were busy, but he would be there soon. He never showed!!! It was not the end of the world work these issues, but it would’ve been nice to have them fixed, especially silly after saying maintenance would be there. They were irritating problems that should’ve been repaired. The kitchen could be a little more stocked because I had to use tho he j brought from home. Overall, we would stay in this building again.

Waters Edge

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I had mentioned the balcony door not working properly but I chose not to have repair it while I was there. A few pieces of furniture are worn, dining room table and chairs. I am considering coming back next year, the facility has many pluses, location, pool on the beach, lots of places to explore close by.

Family vacation 2023

This condo was exactly what showed in the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 6, with 4 kids ranging in ages from 10-14. Right in the beach!!! I mean right on it! We got to see dolphins our last morning there (July 20th), which I was not expecting. I will say that the one elevator was tricky here and there. We were on the 12th floor! Beautiful views! Amazing vacation stay!

Nice spot

Good location with being right on the beach and lots to do in the area. Condo had space we needed for family of four. Kitchen had what we needed but wish some of the pots/pans/cooking utensils were a little nicer. The itrip staff was very efficient. They supply towels and sheets. I highly recommend you bring your own bath towels as the ones they give you you are like sandpaper. An extra kitchen towel would have been handy too. Overall, as expected based on pictures shown.

Solid trip overall

Firstly, the staff managing the rental were fantastic through the process from beginning to end. Very proactive communication and pleasant to deal with. The unit itself was clean and had plenty of room for 2 small families, with a great oceanfront view from the balcony. The only knock was completely out of the rental company's control in which the Water's Edge pool is still being rebuilt following last year's hurricane, which would have been nice to have given the unseasonably cold,wet Memorial Day weekend. Once repaired, I absolutely would consider this property again...especially to book through the iTrip team.

Very spacious

This was overall a great visit. Lots of space for family. Only issue is the building had elevator issues on our check-in day and then again the 2nd day. It was shut down for about 2hrs which makes it impossible to make other plans when u don't know about it. So that left all of us w 2 toddlers climbing 12 flights of stairs. That in itself should've been some type of compensation, extra activitiy, or just to address it from the owners. It also said it came with 2 parking passes, but only had 1, so had to deal with that once we got unpacked, and then we had to wait for someone to call about the "free activity tix"- Overall this was a great time, great view, but just wish they had a bit more things figured out. The last 2 days of our trip there were no elevator issues, so fingers crossed for future!

We usually stay in Myrtle beach but wanted to get away from the noise. We were told it’s much quieter and still close to all attractions. It was true.. our place overlooked the beach/ocean. Haha beautiful sunrise everyday. The condo was plenty big for our family. Definitely worth looking into. Only drawback was the floors need a good mopping. The rest of the condo was very clean and had everything you’d need to feel at home. I’d definitely come back again..

The best thing about this condo was the view from the balcony. Outdoor chairs were comfy. The beds were comfy, updated decor. Pool is nice and location is great. We were close to restaurants in Murrells Inlet. This is run by a property management company so you communicate with them, not directly with the owner. They were responsive and helpful. Note: The unit was not as clean as we would have liked. The fridge was not wiped out. The floors were sandy - needed a mopping. Crumbs inside one cabinet. The kitchen is not overly stocked. No coffee filters. Not enough plates, cups. Only two tupperware containers. The management team did bring us more on request. We also only had one blanket but at our request the management team brought us two more blankets.

Great all around, scenery, resources and much more!

A++ (stayed 5 days) - Very clean & neat. The view alone is breathtaking. Privacy at its best, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and washer/dryer was a plus (w/2 teenagers). Kitchen & refrigerator served its purpose to save $$ and make at home meals & lunch. Living room and Television (Netflix a+) on those late days made great use of. Balcony, nothing but a great view and sound throughout your day. Sunrise and *Sunsets (*right out your front door). South (Myrtle) Beach is a great family friendly location and would highly recommend to anyone looking to just focus on time with family and enjoy the scenery.

Great view and clean apt. It is little congested due to small bedrooms but it was clean and there was plenty of beds to sleep. Try to unload first on the ground elevator floor if you don’t have a spot in that floor, ow you will end up pushing the luggage up the ramp which is difficult if u r traveling wt small kids.

Beautiful location

This is our second time staying at Water’s Edge. We love the location in general, steps from the beach. The unit was clean, no problems at all, a little wear and tear in the ceiling but overall nice. The balcony was super relaxing with cute chairs. Being so high up you have amazing views during the day and ample fireworks displays at night. We wish the little pub on the property sold a little more food but otherwise a great spot!

Great budget friendly condo for a 4 day getaway. The unit was clean. The kitchen was good for our breakfast and lunch needs. We ate out for dinner. Location convenient to the fantastic Murrells Inlet restaurants. One bedroom TV never worked. Not a big deal for us. Management was quick to respond to our requests.

Nice to get out of town

We were very excited for much needed break as essential works but the first day or two wasn’t the best. The unit was dirty when we arrived(our feet were black until I swept/mopped) then we made sure to keep shoes on at all times. Mandy did offer to send cleaning back out but by then we cleaned everything. Patio chairs were broken and they were unable to get us anymore. Thankfully we spent most the time at the water but we will not stay again unfortunately.

The beach and location are excellent. The condo was as advertised but could use some updating. I reported til the management company they had done mold in the master bath and was told it would be addressed. They were great to work with. All in all, great place.

2020 vacation Was great we stayed in condo 1211 the condo was clean and basically function as it should the weather was not great the week we were here Until the last couple of days so we called Mandy which was a very good help and was able to extend our stay an extra day the only thing I would have negative to say is when we rented the condo about three weeks out they did not tell us that the restaurant was no longer thereAnd that was one of the things that we really wanted where we stayed at again overall great I would certainly stay there again

Condition...Mixed Feelings

I will be specific. Great view! Absolutely fabulous furniture living/dining room furniture! Need patio furniture/small table. Kitchen has no supplies for someone that cooks. The frying pan is shot... broken handle. Toaster only toasts one side. Kitchen needs updated. Dishwasher is good...quiet! Refrigerator is a horror! Appreciated the ice maker! But it terrorized us w constant noise... besides the fact that the ice maker wales the ice and sends it crashing w a vengeance, the frig rattled constantly. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the room Bed was good. Bathroom: Towel bar is broken from wall. Apparently, someone uses as safety bar.... Might not be a bad idea to have one. Also, there is MOLD GROWING ON THE WALL!!! Not in the tub. Loved the patio/pool/hot tub area! Actually the reason I booked this property. However, WAY TO MANY BUGS...yes, ROACHES!!!! Especially at night... Ewwwwwww.!
