Very clean rooms albeit on the small side (normal by Japan standards) and very nice staff. The issue I had was with the bathroom. It felt like I was in an airplane bathroom - however there was a constant sewer smell even though it was clean. Not sure if this is a hotel problem or a Shinjuku problem as you can often smell sewer throughout the area. Otherwise, the hotel is well located, food was good and staff were kind and helpful.

My husband and I got the double room. It was small. But it fit my budget. We go the breakfast, it was worth it. Location: the best! The Limosine bus from haneda dropped us off 4-5 bldgs away and we were there at Prince hotel. You are next to the train station, donki shopping, that redlight

Rooms were very small. I had an extra bed in the room which was totally unnecessary and basically made it hard to even walk around. The location was great though. The restaurant did was barely passable.
