Everything was great, stuff very good, polite and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was super tasty, Monir was very helpful during breakfast. Great location to explore Muscat. Fantastic Service, Mr. Monir from Breakfast outstanding polite. Rooms and beds very comfortable, great food, nice pool area. Only point to be aware: the Crowne Plaza hosts a lot of day events/weddings. Therefore it can be pretty noisy during the day until music stops around 11pm. Especially the rooms facing the pool/ocean can be affected by the music.

We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Muscat. We stayed 6 nights in total - with a split of 2 days in the middle to visit the desert. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite - especially the reception team who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. The hotel itself was modern and clean - offering an incredible pool area, with beautiful views of the sea, and an incredible sunset. Hotel restaurants, in particular the Shiraz, had excellent food which exceeded our expectations. Overall, I'd recommend the Crowne Plaza hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.
