"I like how new the place is and everything is good. The cleaning crew can do a better job scrubbing the shower and removing moth cocoons from the ceiling. I had to get rid of those cocoons hanging on the ceiling myself. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I forgot to ask her name but the front desk girl helped me a lot. She is very friendly. The security guard was very helpful and nice too. I originally wanted to book the place because of the swimming pool but after looking at the pool from my room, I would not let my kids swim in that murky water."

"beautiful new hotel , all staff efficient and very friendly. Only downside was they did not have the gym setup yet. They have a very nice pool though. Food was okay, could use a little more variety, coffee not hot enough for me. overall i would rate their hotel as a 9. we will stay there next time we go to Bac Lieu"
