Picture perfect beach stay

The condo was just as pictured and described! Gary's instructions and communication were clear and responses were quick! The sun rise made for a great start to the day and the many windows allowed us to enjoy the sunsets also! The kitchen had everything we needed! We'd love to visit again!

Great location, quiet, perfect for families with young kids

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Having kids ages 6, 3 and 2, the 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms worked out perfectly with enough space for everyone. We loved being so close to the beach, as well as a local Walmart for groceries and attractions such as Pirates Voyage and many restaurants. The area around the resort was quiet, resort staff was friendly and the kids loved the pools after the beach. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had upon check in, and the views of the ocean were amazing from the condo deck. The fully stocked kitchen was just what we needed on the nights we cooked, and having the washer/dryer was so helpful as well. We couldn't have asked for a smoother vacation spot, and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks again!!

Great Vacation

We’ve stayed in the North Myrtle area for many years. This was a very nicely maintained unit but more importantly there were plenty of pools and hot tubs with a place on property for a reasonable breakfast buffet that includes omelets made to order. We were very close to Barefoot Landing. If you stay here, and want a cozy bar with good food and affordable drinks, try Spanky’s.

This was our 4th stay at Sea Watch, but our first in this unit. Very clean and quiet! Beds super comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Only hiccup we had was that the dryer was broken when we arrived, but Gary was super quick to respond when we let him know. Overall a very good trip.

Wonderful vacation

This was a beautiful and comfortable condo with many amenities and close to everything. We have stayed at Seawatch resort many times in the past and this was the first time through VRBO. The check-in process was terrific- no waiting in lines for keys. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items, including dish soap, paper towels, spices, sponges and even some laundry soap (although we had brought our own anyhow). There is a great ice and water dispenser on the fridge. The washer and dryer are larger than the usual Seawatch condos. The view from this corner oceanfront condo was amazing and it was so nice to sit out on the balcony. There were several beach chairs available to use although we never needed them. There are plenty of lounge chairs by the many pools. The owner, Gary, was very responsive to all of my questions and communication was fast and easy through email in the VRBO app.

Awesome Stay

We had a great time. The property has a lot to offer, so you do not have to go anywhere. We would walk the beach every morning. We did travel around Myrtle Beach, we went out to dinner (a lot of places to choose) we did some shopping at Barefoot Landing. We did not do everything we wanted to do, so we will be going back. I would highly recommend stay at this vrbo.

We spend a lot of time at Myrtle due to travel sports and this was a great place for us! The resort has something for every age, the beds were super comfy, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (a mom's dream). It was stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella perfect for our family. The location was perfect, close to outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach. We will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd year staying at Seawatch Our family absolutely loves this resort! This unit needed some updates, The refrigerator leaked the entire time, the microwave worked half the time, the comforter had blood stains on it! Other then that it was enjoyable and relaxing!!! We were thankful for the extra pillows and blankets & beach gear Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Very Nice Beacfront Location

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location was just steps from the beach. The place was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The property owner quickly responded to an issue we had with a broken lock. It was fixed within a day. Definitely recommend this condo.

Great family vacation!

This unit was amazing! The views of the balcony are truly special. Most of the large property faces some of the pools and also the water, but this unit faces just the beach. We heard the waves coming in all day and night. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very well stocked to be able to buy groceries and cook meals there/bring snacks down to the beach! There’s a super Walmart just about a mile away if you choose to do that. Otherwise, there is any kind of restaurant, shopping, and entertainment within short driving distances all around. A huge highlight for our family was having beach chairs and sand toys available for our use, as we flew and couldn’t pack them😄 The pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers in the property offered so many options for staying busy. The beachfront is also busy and we jumped waves for hours. A nice tip if you’re a runner like me, if you walk along the beach about 1/2 mile north, it opens up with no other properties-just beach grass for another 1.5 miles or so, allowing a gorgeous, quiet space to run or walk and experience a pristine ocean view. We rarely visit the same place twice, but if we did, we would come back and stay here in a heartbeat! Thanks for the amazing week.

Beautiful view

Nice place... it was quiet and comfortable. The only thing needing fixed is the guest bathroom did not work for a bath, only a shower. Something is wrong with the drain switch, it couldn't fill tub up. I would recommend people bring their own coffee maker and blender ( if you need one) too. However, the place was clean and the owner communicated everything in a timely fashion. Both lazy rivers were not working during our stay ( one worked for a day :) - so my kids were a little disappointed in that but the pools are very nice. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo.

The condo was great, plenty of room for our group of six. Direct beachfront location located on the 8th floor giving you plenty of height for a great view of the Atlantic and the beach directly below. Check in process was easy. we didn't experience any issues so there was no need to contact the owner during our stay. The location of this property is great near all the locations you want to visit while in Mrytle Beach
