Worst than a roach motel

The nastiest and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever experienced. This was my family first vacation in over 4 years and I didn’t want to disappoint them so I cleaned the room as much as possible but I dying in the inside from the horrible room conditions.

There was 8 of us in our 3 bedroom suite - 3 adults and 5 children. Let's do the positives: the three bathrooms was great when there's so many people; the views were beautiful as we looked right at the beach; the location was decent (1 mile (20 minutes walk)from the sky wheel and there's a convenient store diagonally; there was ample parking; the staff was super kind and helpful; the suite had laundry inside. Now the not so positives: the gym was not available as it's been down for over a year (advertised as having one), the couches were peeling; the carpet was frayed; the pools could be cleaned better; the laminate on the kitchen cabinets was peeling off; the "fully stocked kitchen" was minimally stocked at best (5 forks, and 2 knives for a room that can host 10, only seating at the table for 4, not enough pots and pans to cook, limited cooking utensils such as spatula, serving spoons,); the wifi wasn't secured (no password), there were only 3 Dolly's to load your items on for the whole building!

Would have like to have more cooking utensils, one spatula, one wooden mixing spoon one knife, no mixing bowls or larger measuring cups. Didn’t have anything to bake on, had to go out and buy disposable ones. Also would have liked to have a simple vacuum, sweeping sand from the carpet was difficult.

Overall my stay here was not the best when I made the reservation there are a few things I look for, distance to certain attractions, ocean front and house keeping. For starters I was locked out of my room almost every night I was there had to get new keys they finally sent maintenance to “ fix the door” but that still didn’t work. They don’t give you clean towels you have to do your own laundry if you want clean towels. Had to go and ask for toilet paper and trash bags because you have to clean your room out before you leave. There was blood on one of the doors too. Needless to say this is not a place I will be staying at again!

Lackluster but good location and views.

We were disappointed in the condition of our room and especially the furnishings. The dining/living room furniture looked like it wouldn’t be accepted at goodwill and the walls were damaged and dirty. The view was amazing. Pretty expensive for the condition.

I rented a two bedroom one bedroom was suppose to have two beds it did not. I looked at the floor plans before I rented when I ask the resort they said it was your fault. We had 3 adult women and needed 3 beds. I ended up on the sofa which at 66 was extremely uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty only forks and a couple of spoons so we were unable to cook. Very disappointed in your service.
