Beautiful setting right on the beach. Facing the beach the restaurant to your right was delicious. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name. We also did a little shopping and used the gym which was a short walk down the street. We walked to the port which was also well laid out.

This was a great property to stay for any traveller or family. I felt so safe being there going with as a single mother with her young child. If you just after a relaxing stay by the beach with pools for the kids, (there is also an adult one) at a nice resort with everything pretty much taken care of, this is a great choice. Downsides: I am not sure why the buffet restaurant has no air conditioning, it was not pleasant to eat there as I would be dripping with sweat on a few very hot occasions. When it got busy in the restaurant, sometimes it was hard to get requests sorted, but I guess that's with any restaurant. For some strange reason, the two times I went at lunchtime, when it was quiet, the service was so slow and worse than when it was busy. However, one staff member Vani, was always helpful and sweet, she happily assisted when I needed it. Would highly recommend the My Bula Bubble inclusive package as it also includes resort credit which really helps to cover meal costs. It comes with a 30 minute Mindflight session for one person each day which really helps to occupy the kids. I only had one but you''ll likely need to get another if you have more kids.

3.5 star service.

Overall probably one of the best on Denaru island but not 5 star. Check out was frustrating app approved a 145 checkout, keys expires and front desk didn’t want to approve new keys at midday as they said room was booked for tonight and we needed to be out 10 minutes ago. Finally after 15 minutes she gave me keys until 145 after 15 minutes. Front desk not very welcoming/friendly. Across the stay I found staff generally slow/lazy. Drinks at pool take 20-30 minutes. Staff don’t engage to service you. Yvo the GM has his work cut out to run this as a 5 star with these staff and management. I would rate facilities 4 star but service brings it to a 3.5 star.
