AMAZING hotel! Very clean and nice accommodations. This is a 10/10 for me, solely because of the free, complimentary drink bar and snacks. There’s at least a dozen alcohol options, including 2 beers on tap. There’s also multiple types of teas and coffee. The snacks included donuts, 2 types of soups, and 6 types of very delicious icecream! All complimentary! Very much worthwhile. The location is close to a bus stop and the main tourist part of town which was convenient.

Great location, very convenient when wanting to go anywhere in the Makishi area and market. The staff were also accommodating whenever we needed their assistance, and we enjoyed being able to help ourselves to some delicious drinks (teas, juices, as well as various alcohol choices), and grab a scoop, or two!, of the local Blue Seal ice cream in their very own cooler! We would definitely stay here again if rooms are available the next time we make it out to Naha!

Hotel was just in between Koukusai street and the monorail station. Unbeatable location in that sense. Free alcohol and snacks in the afternoon till night, which was great! Breakfast was a feast as well! Room was comfortable and big! Highly recommend!

Stayed at this hotel for our 3 year anniversary. Condition of lobby and amenity’s are good, but the room seems as though it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. After leaving the hotel, my wife realized that she left her engagement ring in the room, and after 24 hours of run around and what seemed like insincere efforts, they explained that it was no where to be found. Turned this anniversary into a memorable experience for the wrong reasons.

Great location and price

Excellent location with the perfect size room and bathroom, plus added benefits of open bar in the afternoon! Parking options are closer lot for 1200 yen per day or 5 minute walk to another lot for 800 yen. You pay for either lot at the hotel in cash or by card and it’s cheaper than the lot advertises.

While convenient to Kokusai-dori and the monorail, the hotel is rundown. The free drinks and food attracted me, but the overall presentation was unattractive. They have many varieties of Awamori, a couple beers on draft, and even Habushu for purchase, in addition to iced teas and other drinks. It felt a bit like a cheap motel on the Las Vegas strip. They have free laundry machines, laundry detergent for sale (50 yen), but the machines smelled a bit moldy and didn’t look very clean. My room was dated. Paint worn off the doors, very dirty carpet in the elevator and room. You have to insert your key in a slot in the room to keep the electricity running. For this reason, the air conditioning won’t keep your room cool while you are gone. The hotel has a policy to turn in your room key when you leave the hotel. I was looking forward to this hotel as the concept is interesting, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Property is well located in a side street to kousai dori. Not on the main street so it is less busy and quiet too. The cafe is the best!

The hotel provides welcome drink bar (plenty of drinks 😁) and light bites (ice cream, seaweed soup!). Amenities are quite comprehensive. No free parking but they offer good price for the car park near the hotel. Location is great, walkable to the shopping street but can be quite noisy. Staffs are really friendly, always smiling. The rooms are a little worn out tho. Overall it’s a good stay for a short trip :)

Good for short stay

We needed to stay overnight in Naha and this was close to the car rental company. The hotel was fine for our purposes. They offer free drinks at night so it’s a nice gesture.
