Staff was so nice and friendly, food was great in the restaurant. Room was nice and bed was comfortable to sleep in. We stayed multiple nights and it was a great place to stay near the airport. The complementary airport shuttle was one less thing to worry about during our stay

The beds and pillows were wonderful! The hotel and grounds are very unique and beautiful. The staff was amazing. I had a 90 min massage that was fantastic and very reasonable. I have stayed a 4 different place in Kenya, two of which were brand name but this one was the best!

It was a good deal for the price. Clean rooms and decent amenities. Obviously, the managers make an effort to keep it in good condition. Kitchen is open 24 hours. I didn't have a meal but the people I shared the airport shuttle bus with said the meal was great

As usual staff, rooms and food at this hotel are exceptional. The free airport shuttle is an extra bonus (some hotels in the area charge you $20 each way.) This hotel does not deserve its 3 star status, in my view it is at least a 4 star and easily gets a 5 star rating from myself. I cannot recomnend this hotel highly enough. This was my 4th visit and will be back again next year.

This is my go-to place to stay while transferring through Nairobi to other parts of East Africa. I love the gym - huge room and tons of equipment. Much more than typical of a hotel. The transportation from and back to the airport is provided by the hotel, so, while the hotel is off the beaten path, it's convenient for me because they do all the work.

Great place with great service

Space has everything you need including a 24 hour restaurant. The staff are great. They have a good pick up at the airport and will take you back very promptly. I will stay here every time I’m in Nairobi.

Checking in took for ever… sure, many travellers arrived at the same time, but there was only one person doing checking in, organisation was lacKinG, and rooms needed « freshing up » (ie change of sheets, empty garbage) prior to us using them… at 11:30pm! noisy at night but we were just beside the welcoming desk (despite booking 2 months ahead of time). Breakfast was good and started early (5am). Shower doors could not be slides close. I cannot recommend this hotel.
