This was a convenient stop for our overnight stay in Nanaimo. We only were there to sleep and to have breakfast. The room was clean and quiet and met our needs. We liked being on the lobby floor and did not have to navigate the stairs. The breakfast was fine and serice was pleasant.

Very clean room. The restaurant is excellent….great food and portions. Could use another server. Parking is convenient and well lit. My only complaint is the toilet…great for use by a toddler but not for someone that’s 5’9” and has knee problems. Overall 4 stars!

Great renovation and was on level where we didnt have to do stairs customer service was great and check in But prepaid but still charged me on my preauthorization. But i called them they apologized and refunded me Great service
