This property is not the cleanest. The room smelled like cigarettes and mold. There was a dead bug on the wall. The area doesn’t appear to be safe. It is close to the airport and with the 10 minute drive you have to pay 25 euros for the taxi. I do not recommend one day was enough to stay here.

It was beautiful. Had a stellar restaraunt bar, a wonderful breakfast, and there was a gentleman there who was gracious, informative of relevant information for an inexperienced traveller who only speaks English, done pro actively in anticipation of my likely not knowing and or understanding....even charged my phone for me as i had missed my flight and my charger was with my luggage on its way to cinncinatti. Was what i needed. Substantively, i am not sure why italy does not use wash.cloths. Having just an duvet with no sheet or blanket gave me to choice og being too warm or too cold. There was decaf coffee in the room....but who drinks that? There is a.design flaw in your bathroom and the shower curtain....i fully appreciate the space limitations. Finally....and this is just.a.me thing, after looking at bidets for 2 weeks,.i.still.dont know how to.navigate one....i know what it is for....i just can't figure out any way that makes.sense, as to how to physically use it.

Great hotel to stay at Naples, Italy

The room was spacious, is located 25 minutes walking from the Garibaldi square from where a lot of tours put the meeting point and where is located the train station, or 13 minutes walking from the metro Centro Direzionale. Also, the bus stop of line 130 is at the door of the hotel

We had poor a/c on a very hot day! So when we went to dinner we stopped by the desk to inquire as to how we could get our room cooled down, but they were checking in a big long line of customers and could not wait on us. So after dinner we went back to the front desk to inquire and they were still checking in customers. We went to our room and over the course of the next three hours we called the front desk a total of five times but no one answered. Needless to say we had a very uncomfortable night with little a/c. We complained when we checked out and the guy at the front desk was apologetic and said he would call a technician to fix the problem, but that did us little good as we were checking out.

Hotel was in unsafe section of Naples. Rooms outdated with uncomfortable bed. Dining was very good though, we ate both dinner and breakfast. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.
