Good location near a train station. I would rate it three stars. Rooms are newly renovated, and hotel staff are accommodating and provide good service. A lot of breakfast choices; however, hot food was cold. Lastly, the surroundings are not safe to walk alone.

Perfect for what we needed

We needed to find a hotel close to the station for the night and this was perfect. Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Perfect transit stop!

The room itself was super small but very nice and clean. But I didn’t feel safe in the area it’s in at all. It smelled of human pee and fecal matter, homeless sleeping everywhere and the area was just cluttered with trash.

Okay but please improve sound proof

The hotel was in renovation, which is fine. The hotel setup is interesting with a long pathway. Where I had most issue is the rooms that are not sound-proof. Whatever happening in the hallway, it's like if I was there. Besides that, the hotel is not in the best location in Naples but it's very handy when it comes to going around as the train station is on the corner, so is the bus to the airport.

え嘘、本当に此処？

中央駅前の広場に面したメインゲートは、え本当？みたいなところでうっかりすると見逃します。更にはそのゲートの扉は夜7時から朝8時迄は閉まってしまいます。共用部の中庭に面したホテルの入り口は小さく複数ブランドと一緒なので要注意です。建物自体はえらく古いのですがホテルの内装はリニューアルされていて清潔感もまずまずです。観光の足場としては結構便利ですが、何せナポリ中央駅前は治安を含め良好とは言いづらいのでご注意を。此のホテルの朝食は結構な品目のビュッフェでホットドリンクはスタッフへ注文するシステムです。レセプションスタッフもホスピタリティ溢れる人達ですが英語でのコミュニケートは中々に困難です。
