Horrible stay.

This hotel is in horrible condition. They only positive aspect was the person who check us in. She changed and upgraded our room after we found a blood stain on the sheets in the original one. Floors were dirty in the second room and the pillows are horrible.

Early BNA flight out - convenient location

Stayed here for an early flight out of BNA. A little noisy being so close to the airport but overall good stay. Pillows on bed were real soft (I prefer a more firm pillow). The shuttle peron was very friendly and personable. Overall good stay for the location and cost.

Close to downtown Nashville and much cheaper. Our room was nice enough, but the bathroom door didn't close fully (barn style door), there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, and the shower leaked. But overall still a good room for the price. Breakfast was just ok if you're not a picky eater.

The hotel was recently renovated but we had a stain on our carpet. The water stopped working during my shower. I had to turn it off & back on. The property was generally in poor condition.

As we pulled up, the building looked old, BUT when we got inside it was beautiful!! I loved all the space in the suite, and they had a walk-in shower. It appears to be newly remodeled. It is so clean. I would definitely recommend this location. I was surprised to learn you have to pay for parking.

The main thing that I did not like was that we were not able to make a direct call to the property to secure the shuttle. Fortunately after trying for over 30 minutes to find a number that would go through, a shuttle from the Radison Hotel (not far from where we were staying) came by for the Radison and took us to the Country Inn. I feel if a service was provided a number to reach the service should be given on the confirmation.
